FIRE In the event of a fire alert, you must evacuate the
building immediately by the nearest or safest exit. There are three
exits in the playing hall. People using the bar should exit via the
front entrance or one of the exits in the playing hall.
FIRST AID
First aid equipment is available from behind the bar. Any injury should
be reported immediatley to either a member of the coaching staff or the
bar person.
KITCHEN/BAR/OFFICE
No one is allowed in the Kitchen, Bar or Office without
permission.
GLUING UP
Gluing up no longer applies from September 2008 and will not be allowed
on the premises.
INSURANCE
Through the ETTA the club has Civil Liability Insurance cover.
All players are advised that they should consider taking out their own
personal accident cover for league or representative matches as it is
not provided by the club. The ETTA recommend 'Sports Coach UK' (Contact
the ETTA on 01424 722525 for further details).
CHILD PROTECTION
The club complies with the requirement of the ETTA's Premier Programme
and has a dedicated Welfare Officer in post.
CRB CHECKS
All qualified coaches are covered by insurance, have regular CRB checks
and have attended Child Protection workshops.
