Effective from Monday 17th August, any paid up member can bring a guest with them to play at the club and the member will be responsible for paying the following guest fee:

Daytime (before 6.30 p.m.): £5 per session, regardless of how many slots.
Evening (from 7.30 p.m.): £10 per evening regardless of how many slots.

Guests aged under 18 - half price.
The guest fee (correct money only please) must be paid to the Steward on duty, who will put it in an envelope with the guests name and day/time on it and pass it to the club.

How to book:  Book the required slots in the normal way with the member as the first named player and the guest as the second named player.  In the 'comments' box, enter the word 'GUEST', plus the guest's first name and the amount you are paying.  If booking more than one slot in the same session for that same guest, only one payment is required.

On arrival:  You are responsible for ensuring that your guest is aware of the current Safety Procedures, including mask wearing and sanitising.  It is your responsibility to ensure that the Guest Fee is paid to the Steward before they start playing.

This procedure is only for a member bringing a guest with them.  Visitors not accompanied by a member are currently still not being admitted until further notice.
