Joan Chapman was married to Tom Chapman. Tom is over 90 and still going strong. He played for Ellenborough before the war, and in 1946-47 he was top of the averages when playing for Ellenborough "C" in the Supplementary Division of the North Middlesex League.
Joan's funeral will be at 3pm at New Southgate Cemetery and Crematorium, Brunswick Park Road, N11 1JJ on Friday 29th July.
Friends and family are invited back to 2 The Drive (EN5 4JQ) for a buffet and drinks afterwards.
Tom has asked for donations to be made to The North London Hospice.
