Dear Members
You will be pleased to know that whilst most things have gone up in price over the last 12 months our membership fees remain the same. Membership fees become due on 1st September and must be paid by the end of the month at the latest. If you wish to renew your membership please complete the form shown below. If you do not intend to renew your membership I would appreciate you letting me know (tabletennisron@gmail.com) so that I can safely remove your name from the membership list. Hard copies of the new form will shortly be available in the lobby area of the club. Membership fees may be paid by cheque or in cash but our preferred method is by bank transfer (our bank details are on the membership form)

Membership runs from the start of September to the end of the following August. When renewing membership, subscriptions are due on 1st September but must be paid by the end of September at the latest. The names of members who have not renewed by that date will be removed from the membership list and links to the booking system will be disabled.
If you start your membership after September, then the price of membership reduces, pro rata, to the following August. The following table shows the cost of becoming a member, from September to August.
If you are renewing your membership or would like to become a member then please complete the membership form and return to me. Contact details and bank payment details are on the membership form. If you do not intend to renew your membership please let me know so that I can remove your name from the membership list.

1) You can attend any of the morning members table tennis sessions free of charge.
2) You will be issued with a weblink that enables you to book a table and play in the evening and weekend members sessions free of charge.

4) Membership gives you access to discounted prices on table tennis equipment from Teessport our equipment supplier.
